3 half point byes may be requested during the first 7 rounds if requested with entry or a minimum of 2 rounds prior to the requested bye round.

POLICIES:

• No food in the playing area

• Photos are allowed for the first 5 minutes of each round, but please be discrete and respectful to not disturb players

• Silence is required in the playing area while games are in progress

• All electronics capable of making noise, communicating, or playing chess must be powered fully off while playing. 

• Children Under the age of 13 must have a parent/guardian in a premise at all times

• By signing up to this event, you have given us permission to take photos of yourself during this event

APPEALS COMMITTEE:

The Appeals Committee shall be formed prior to the start of the first round.

Any appeals must be submitted in writing one (1) hour of the completion of the round, and shall he accompanied by deposit of $100.

If the appeal is successful the deposit shall be returned.
