POLICIES:
No food in the playing area
Photos are allowed for the first 5 minutes of each round, but please be discrete and respectful to not disturb players
Silence is required in the playing area while games are in progress
All electronics capable of making noise, communicating, or playing chess must be fully powered off while playing and stored away (Including smart watches)
Children Under the age of 13 must have a parent/guardian in a premise at all times
By signing up to this event, you have given us permission to take photos of yourself during this event

Full Refund on or before January 4 2026, 50% Until January 31,2026 , NO Refund After (regardless of weather)

The hotel provides various room types and suites, subject to availability from the designated room block at
the time of the reservation request. Please note that room rates are determined based on the specific room
type available to guests.
All reservations will be guaranteed for late arrival to The Individual guests with own method of Payment ” for
the first night’s room & tax.
